Amber-Lea in BK Says...

I dug out the old caulking around the bathtub and put in new. No, really. Then I ate something for dinner, but I can't remember what and then the Boy and I went to see an orchestral performance for free at a church on the Upper West Side. On Sunday, I boxed and did crunches and push-ups and now I can barely lift my arms. It was the first time I've worked out like that in over a year. Now I hurt in places that I swear did not previously exist. And I bought some yogurt because I've been having digestive issues.
