Friday: had dinner at home with friends and their one-year old baby Iris..
Saturday: Nothing but Ikea all day long, followed by a Russian-themed party at night-- lots of vodka, bizarro music, and "internationals" (young expats living abroad working mostly with the UN and related agencies)....
Sunday: Skiing in France at Chamonix (near Mt Blanc, bordering on Italy, Switzerland, and France). A stop along the way home at a small village for raclette- a Swiss tradition, whereby you melt cheese and put it over potatoes with paprika and pepper. Mmmmm...So good after a day of ski.
