I don't know what kind of digestive issues you are having (why didn't you go into great detail here? kidding), but yogurt is kind of bullshit. I recommend you get a probiotic supplement, liquid or tablet, and take it in the morning, 1/2 an hour before you eat breakfast, so it can get down in there and do its thing.
TIPS:
Keep them in the fridge.
Look for BILLIONS of bacteria. Not millions, y'all. BILLIONS!
Look for the "healthy trinity": Acidophilus / Bifidus / Bulgaricus
Bio-K is a good liquid brand
Look also for Natren brand and Jarro-dopolus brand.
